With this commitment to quality and integrity, Sian Pla selects only fresh, real sea fish sourced directly from small-scale local fishing boats in the Gulf of Thailand. These boats go out every morning to ensure naturally sweet, fresh fish—never frozen, never mixed with flour, free from artificial flavoring, and without any chemical additives.
Every step, from fish selection to hand-mixing and shaping for the perfect bounce, is carefully controlled before entering a production process backed by over 30 years of experience. All operations meet Thai FDA and GMP standards—proving that true freshness cannot be imitated.
