The brand “Sai Krok Mae Kai” was established in 2007 in the Bang Khae district of Bangkok by Thanapon Woharnbundit and Kannika Woharnbundit. The business originated from “Jae Kai” (Ms. Kannika), who inherited an authentic traditional Isaan sausage recipe from her uncle. This recipe reflects meticulous care and attention to every detail, preserving the original rich flavors.
Known for its delicious taste and daily fresh production, the brand quickly gained popularity. This success led to the expansion of distribution centers in key locations such as Ying Charoen Market (Saphan Mai), Samrong Center, and Talad Thai Market, to meet growing nationwide demand.
Currently, the factory can produce up to 10–12 tons of sausages per day per order. The brand continues to focus on delivering “fresh products made daily” directly to consumers. Additionally, customers in other provinces are welcome to pick up products directly from the factory, ensuring freshness from origin to destination.
