Sho Ryu Ramen, a fusion-style ramen shop, freshly cooked bowl by bowl, was established in November 2022 by SHO RYU Group (Thailand) Co., Ltd. The business started with a passion for ramen, so I thought I wanted to make ramen that was different from the market. So I started developing the recipe through trial and error until I got my own ramen recipe, which is famous for its rich and flavorful soup and perfectly seasoned side dishes, including soft and flavorful chashu pork and soft-boiled eggs. Fresh, chewy noodles are served with soup, giving it a vibe like eating ramen on the side of the road in Japan.
The name of the restaurant, Sho Ryu Ramen, comes from the words “Sho” meaning small and “Ryu” meaning dragon. When combined, it becomes a small dragon that can be placed anywhere. It is like the restaurant Sho Ryu Ramen, which, despite its small size, brings happiness and energy to everyone no matter where it is.
At Sho Ryu Ramen, we serve Japanese fusion ramen. Our highlight is our rich soup made from pork bones that have been stewed until tender for over 6 hours until we get a thick, milky white soup that is one-of-a-kind. The taste is well-rounded, with the richness, sweetness, and aroma of the pork bones. We season it with just a little salt, making our soup base unique. Served with fresh ramen noodles, freshly prepared bowl by bowl. The best-selling and signature menus of the shop include Shoryu Ramen, Tom Yum Seafood Ramen, and Mala Beef Ramen, as well as more than 30 rice dishes. Currently, there are 3 branches: Ratchada, Sukhumvit 24, and Petchburi New Road.
