The story began more than 80 years ago, when our grandfather Tong Chiang crafted a fish ball recipe renowned for its exceptional taste and unwavering honesty toward its ingredients.
Today, Mr. Chaiyan, the second-generation successor, continues to uphold that same principle with all his heart:
“If what we make isn’t good enough for us to eat, then it should never be sold to anyone.”
Guided by this belief, Sian Pla selects only fresh, real sea fish sourced daily from small local fishing boats in the Gulf of Thailand. These fishermen set out every morning to bring back naturally sweet, fragrant, and truly fresh fish.
Our fish is never frozen, never mixed with flour, never artificially flavored, and never treated with chemicals.
Every step from selecting the fish, kneading and shaping, to processing in our factory — is handled with the expertise built over more than 30 years, under strict FDA / GMP standards, proving that:
