Happy Home Senior Nursing Home was founded by Pharmacist Thanapol Chutima Saengtrakul (Dr. O). From his experience as a community pharmacist and having the opportunity to be a part of the community in visiting homes, he found that most of the homes he visited and gave advice to had the same problem: poor quality of life for the elderly who had no one to take care of them because family members had to go out to work to support their families, which led to health problems and an impact on the quality of life of the elderly who lived alone at home. With these problems, Happy Home Senior Nursing Home was born under the concept that we wanted to see the elderly receive standard care, have a good quality of life, and create peace of mind for family members.

At Happy Home Senior, we are ready to provide care services to the elderly with international standards by medical personnel and expert nursing assistants (NA) who have completed training in the elderly care course from our nursing assistant school, which is certified by the Ministry of Education, along with various therapeutic activities that help promote quality of life, both physical and mental health.
There is an application for communication between caregivers, service recipients, and the elderly’s family. It provides various forms of communication such as video calls, messages, and sharing of photos or videos, as well as daily service information, basic health information while at the care center, and follow-up, which will help the elderly care be more efficient and targeted.
In addition, we also take into account the convenience, care, cleanliness, and various safety systems to build confidence for users by installing a motion sensor system in every room to monitor accidents from slipping and falling of the elderly, along with an ambulance at the center in case of emergency.

1. Physical rehabilitation services such as massage, movement training, and strength training to increase mobility and reduce pain, including programs to help strengthen balance and sensory function to reduce the risk of falls and increase the ability to perform daily activities
2. Mental rehabilitation services such as counseling, art therapy, and group activities to help the elderly cope with stress, anxiety, and emotional problems, including mental health promotion activities designed to increase happiness, build confidence, and promote good relationships with others
3. Social rehabilitation services such as hobbies and group activities that help strengthen relationships and a sense of belonging to a community, including support and building a social network, connecting with relatives and friends to promote communication and social participation

Area size : The usable area of the nursing home, only inside the building, is at least 150 – 300 sq m.
• The shop will be a single building located on a land with sufficient potential, on a main road – secondary road, and is suitable for opening a nursing home business.
• In the case of renting a business premises, the lease term must be at least 5 years.
• The shop location must not violate the rules and regulations of government agencies.
• The shop location must not be under the setback area according to the building control law and/or local regulations.
