This sparked their interest in learning about charcoal-baked egg cakes with a butter filling, a recipe from their hometown of Songkhla. Despite facing rejection with the original recipe, their determination led them to create their own unique formula and establish the brand.

Go M is a shop specializing in “butter-filled egg cakes baked with traditional methods”, a rare treat in today’s world. We bake our cakes using charcoal from both the top and bottom, requiring expertise in controlling the heat. This process gives the cakes their distinctive aroma, soft texture, and unique flavor.
