ISSY, a low-calorie, lactose-free gelato shop, a dessert for health-conscious people. ISSY was founded by Ms. Isayaporn Na Nakorn Dike, whose business started from her love of eating sweets. However, her common health problem was that her body could not digest lactose, which often caused her to have diarrhea or vomit. Therefore, she came up with the idea of opening a gelato shop to meet the needs of health-conscious people, those who are allergic to lactose, and those who are allergic to cow’s milk protein, so that they could enjoy the rich and delicious taste without harming their health.

ISSY is a gelato shop that stands out in terms of quality, taste, and meticulousness in every step of the production process, from selecting premium ingredients from around the world to the process of selecting fresh cow’s milk, using natural fat instead of whipping cream, adding dietary fiber or prebiotics that are beneficial to the body, and using natural sweeteners that are safe for health instead of sugar. Importantly, we do not use preservatives, colorants, or flavorings. Everything comes from nature. Therefore, our gelato contains only about 5-7% fat, resulting in a taste and texture that is soft, fluffy, light, chewy, and has no ice crystals in the ice cream. The shop’s best-selling and signature menus include Cookies & Cream, Biscoff, Strawberry Cheesecake, Crunchy Salted Caramel, and Fudge & Toasted Coconut. In addition, there are gelato made from plant-based milk and fresh fruit (Sorbet), as well as flavors without sugar, which are another option for clean eaters.
With the intention of wanting everyone to eat gelato that is good for their health, we are committed to continuously developing the quality of our products. Through meticulous production processes to deliver the best products to our customers, expanding branches to cover all of Thailand, becoming a Thai brand product that raises standards to the international level.
