Tianmen Mala
Tianmen Mala Restaurant was founded on December 14, 2023 by Mr. Pawit Saepan (Mr. Pang) and Ms. Kunlaporn Klapdee (Mr. Mo). The business started when Mr. Pang really liked eating Mala. However, the spicy and numbing taste and the strong smell of the spices made it difficult for Mr. Mo to eat it. Mr. Pang therefore had the idea of making Mala that was easier to eat so that everyone could eat Mala together.
So he started developing the recipe by trial and error until he came up with Tianmen’s own Mala soup recipe, which is famous for its well-rounded taste and easy-to-eat flavor, while still maintaining the unique spiciness and aroma of Mala spices. This makes Tianmen Mala a Mala restaurant that is delicious for people of all ages. There are customers who come back for more than 10 times per month on average. The first branch opened on Sap Fai Road in Nakhon Sawan Province.
