Haru Hana was founded on September 8, 2014 by Chef Mes, who had accumulated experience as a chef since he first entered the industry until he became a chef at a famous Japanese restaurant in Washington DC, USA. When he moved back to Thailand, he started opening a small Japanese fusion restaurant in Khon Kaen Province. With quality and new flavors that are unique, Chef Mes’ Japanese restaurant quickly became very popular. Therefore, he expanded the business into a full-fledged Japanese fusion restaurant as it is today.
Haru Hana is a Japanese restaurant serving Donburi (丼) or rice bowls, where the menu tells a story through Chef Mes’s creative style of cooking, giving customers a new experience in tasting Japanese food. The highlight of the restaurant is Donburi (丼) or Japanese rice bowls, which are served with hot steamed rice in a bowl and topped with various toppings. The highlight is the restaurant’s special sauce, such as eel sauce, which has been simmered for several hours to create a sauce that is rich, sweet, and salty, spicy miso sauce with a unique miso aroma, and Japanese soy sauce with a rich flavor, which is a sauce that Haru Hana makes itself, giving it a unique flavor that can only be found at Haru Hana. The restaurant’s signature menus include rice bowls with beef in spicy miso sauce and green onions, and rice bowls with eel and grilled beef in eel sauce.
