Kini Puffs was founded in 2002 by Mae Chee Amphawan. The business started from her love of making pastries since she was a teenager. When she had the chance, she would often let her friends try them. Everyone said that they were so delicious that they could sell them. So, she had the idea of making curry puffs that were different from the market. She started developing the recipe through trial and error until she got her own special curry puff recipe that is famous for its aroma, deliciousness, lots of filling, thin and crispy dough, and consistent taste every time she ate it. The first branch opened on Mahaesak Road and has been open for over 20 years now.

The outer layer is thin and crispy, while the inner layer is soft and the filling is abundant. The taste is not too sweet so that it is not too rich. Importantly, we do not use any preservatives, coloring or flavoring agents. There are more than 10 flavors to choose from. The shop’s best-selling and signature menu includes chicken curry puffs, which start at only 30 baht per piece.
