Madam’s Coconut Cake was founded by Ms. Nattharin Kanchanakamthornkrit (Ms. Madam Fern). The business started from her passion for eating Coconut Cake. She had the idea of making Coconut Cake that was different from the market. She started to develop the recipe through trial and error until she got her own Coconut Cake recipe, which is famous for its abundant filling, overflowing filling, mellow aroma, and not too sweet. The taste is consistent every time you eat it. The first branch was opened at a PTT gas station on the bypass road in Udon Thani province.
With the intention of elevating ordinary-looking Thai coconut cake to a wider range of customers, so that customers can experience the most creative Thai coconut cake menu, the shop is committed to continuously developing our quality and menu through meticulous production processes, starting from the selection of raw materials, including the continuous development and creation of new menus, in order to deliver the best products to consumers, expanding branches to cover all of Thailand through a franchise format that meets international standards.

As a result, we have received many reviews guaranteeing their deliciousness from customers, celebrities, and various famous people (influencers), so we have been able to expand to 8 branches within 3 months.
Madam’s Babin Bakery focuses on take-away/kiosk service, using a small space, reducing service steps, and saving a lot of expenses. It is suitable for new-generation businessmen who want to invest in something simple and fast, reducing maintenance or shop decoration costs and reducing the number of employees. With ready-made ingredients produced and delivered from a central kitchen, the baking process is easy and not complicated. The recipe is not too sweet and packed with young coconut and the unique aroma of coconut sugar. The shop’s best-selling and signature menu items include coconut-filled babin and corn-filled babin, priced starting at only 50 baht.
